Artist’s Rooms: Hemali Bhuta

This publication looks at Bhuta’s practice unfolding through a close, responsive engagement with place and approached through objects and material forms. Her work draws on personal memory and lived experience, alongside a sustained philosophical inquiry, to explore questions of belonging, security, individuality and transformation.
